DELTA SNYC: YOUTH DEVELOPMENT WILL BE THE CORNERSTONE OF ALL OUR INITIATIVES/ACTIVITIES~ WISKA

A frontline aspirant for the Chairmanship position of the Delta State chapter of the Southern Nigeria Youth Congress (SNYC), Comrade Wiska Monday, has pledged to place the Development of Delta youths to be the basis of all initiative and activities if elected.

Speaking in an interview, Comr. Wiska, who doubles as the immediate past President of the National Association of Delta State Students (NADESSTU), noted that his vision is to redefine the SNYC into a youth-focused body that actively champions the welfare and development of young people in the state.

According to him, “I want SNYC in Delta State to be the one that ensures the Development of our youth takes center stage. Youth Advocacy, youth welfare, youth empowerment, youth advancement, and development will be our utmost priority.”

Comrade Wiska further stressed that his ambition is driven by a desire to transform the Congress into a vibrant platform for youth engagement, advocacy, and leadership.

“This time around, we will only engage in activities, advocacy that will ensure real opportunities for youth empowerment and development. It’s time to build SNYC like never before in Delta,” he said.

He called on delegates, stakeholders and fellow youths to support the vision of a youth congress that truly speaks for and defends the future of Delta State’s young population.
